Terms of Service Agreement

This Agreement governs your use of this website, pavitrarishtaindia.in, and your engagement with the matchmaking and matrimonial services offered by Pavitra Rishta Matchmaking Services LLP ("Pavitra Rishta"). By accessing this website or availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Pavitra Rishta reserves the right to change or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this website. Continued use of the website or our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Our Services

Pavitra Rishta offers personalised, offline matrimonial matchmaking services to families from Marwari, Jain, Gujarati, Punjabi, Maheshwari and other communities across India and worldwide. Upon registration, each client is assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager who curates and shares profiles based on your stated requirements and preferences.

Clients are assigned a weekly Service Day on which profiles will be shared. If no profile is shared in a given week, it is because no suitable match is available at that time. We believe in sharing only what is genuinely relevant.

Role as Facilitator

Pavitra Rishta acts solely as a facilitator between families. Our role is limited to introducing compatible profiles and assisting in arranging meetings between families. We do not take any responsibility for the outcome of any meeting, interaction, or alliance facilitated through our services.

Membership & Fees

Your membership with Pavitra Rishta is valid for 12 months from the date of registration or activation of your profile, whichever is later. Upon expiry of the 12-month period, all services cease unless the membership is renewed.

GST will be charged separately as applicable under prevailing Indian tax regulations.

Customer Communication & Opt Out

By registering with Pavitra Rishta, you agree to receive communications including calls, messages and emails from our team regarding your membership and profile matching. If you wish to opt out of further communications, you may do so through any of the following:

• Use the opt-out link in any email communication received from us
• Send your opt-out request to: profiles@pavitrarishtaindia.in

Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

Pavitra Rishta holds all proprietary rights, trade secrets, trademarks, and trade dress relating to its services, website design, content, layouts, and materials. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content or material from this website without prior written consent from Pavitra Rishta.

Any content you submit to us grants Pavitra Rishta a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the website

PAVITRA RISHTA MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.

Limitation of Liability

PAVITRA RISHTA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY MEETING, ALLIANCE, OR RELATIONSHIP FACILITATED THROUGH OUR SERVICES.

Pavitra Rishta's total liability in any matter shall be limited to the registration fee paid by you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pavitra Rishta, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or website, your violation of this Agreement, or any dispute arising from an alliance or meeting facilitated through our services.

Privacy

Pavitra Rishta is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information and profile. Your data will not be shared with any third party outside the scope of our matchmaking services without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal only.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of our services must be filed within one year of the date on which such claim arose.
